Services

Everything, with the price on it

Texas caps what a notary may charge per notarial act. Travel and convenience fees are separate, quoted flat, and disclosed before I leave.

Wills, trusts & POA

Estate documents witnessed and notarized where the signer is. I bring a second witness on request, subject to availability.

From $52mobile + one act

Hospital & jail

Bedside signings and facility visits. The specialty fee covers parking, access, locating the signer and the delays that come with it.

+$25care facility · jail +$75

After-hours

Evenings, weekends, holidays, overnight. The calls other notaries turn down. Subject to availability.

+$25evenings · weekends

Affidavits & general

I-9 employment verification, certified copies of eligible non-recordable documents, loan documents, sworn statements, oaths and affirmations. Texas notaries cannot certify recordable documents like birth certificates — not sure if yours qualifies? Ask me first.

What to have ready

Five minutes of prep saves the trip.

  • Unexpired government photo ID for every signer
  • The complete document, unsigned — except any part that must be completed in my presence
  • Any witnesses the document requires
  • All required parties present at the scheduled time
  • A flat surface and a few minutes of quiet
What I cannot do

A notary public is not an attorney. I cannot tell you which document to sign, what it means, how to fill it in, or which notarial certificate to use. If you need that, I will tell you to call a lawyer — and I will not charge you for the trip.
