One-way driving distance from my Lindale, Texas dispatch area to the appointment location. The exact appointment address determines the service zone — city names or ZIP codes alone do not guarantee a rate.
Fees for official notarial acts will not exceed the maximum amounts authorized by Texas law. There is no additional service fee merely because multiple documents require notarization.
Standard service hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; appointments in those hours carry no surcharge.
When more than one applies, only the highest is charged. A Saturday appointment at 11:00 PM qualifies for both Saturday (+$25) and late night (+$50) — only the $50 applies. A weekday evening booked on under two hours' notice qualifies for evening (+$25) and rush (+$40) — only the $40 applies. Facility fees are separate and may still be added.

Waiting fees apply when I am ready but delayed by the signer, documents, witnesses or facility access — never for the time needed to complete a notarization once everyone is ready.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance. There is no electronic-payment processing fee.
